To All of the Friends of Laser Energetics:

I'm very excited about the activities we are engaged in at LEI. There is so much happening that is good for our company and for our shareholders. It is important to note that as a company, innovation of new laser applications is at the heart of everything we do. Invention is at the heart of everything we do. Finally – bringing value to our customers, our shareholders and people who support the company is at the heart of everything we do. It will be no other way.

After the great success I had at Lambda Physik, a Division of Coherent, Inc. (the largest laser company in the world), I founded Laser Energetics, Inc. in Orlando, Florida at the end of 1991. The American dream starts with a dream of building something that the world needs, and they will come. Sometimes one gets all the tools they need to build, but the builder is not a good builder. Other times one who can build well, doesn't get the tools they need, such as sufficient capital to bring about quick success. We fall into the second scenario. Yet despite the lack of capital, Laser Energetics has succeeded in innovating laser applications, lasers, and new inventions consisting of devices produced with lasers called Laser Produced Products™. We are connecting to large business opportunities and we are finally getting the financing we need to fully execute on our business plan.

To give you a little perspective on me, I wanted to share a few experiences with you having not to do with technology but with philosophy. I grew up with a father who was college educated and worked first in advertising sales before he went on to become a self-employed general contractor, building houses and commercial buildings. I started working in the construction business when I was eleven years old, and my father paid me $0.15/ hour and all the concrete, sawdust and dirt I could eat.

I was cool, I was building houses – I felt I could do anything being a builder. One important lesson you learn as a builder is that it teaches you to have vision to see things not as they are, but as they can be! I also remember very clearly, sitting down for dinner as a family, my father made sure everyone had food in their mouth before he did. That made an impression on me. That impression has transformed into a commitment similar to that which my father made to his family. That commitment is that our shareholders will make good money with LEI's stock before I will. It is very important to me, to bring success to those who have and continue to support our company. These values helped to attract very good people to our company. We will succeed because of this.

Regarding financing, I met with Beryl Wolk on Monday, April 21st to discuss when we would receive his investment of $12 million dollars in LEI. He informed me that we are dealing with a very short time frame, and then we will be able to close. Additionally, we are in discussions with a few other sources of financing, being that our objective is to raise $20 million dollars due to several acquisitions we are looking to make. I'm very confident about the financing from Beryl Wolk coming in shortly and our other financing we are working on.

We continue to build the business and I will have many updates shortly. Our new website will continue to improve. Additionally, we have brought on Dan Schall as our Investor Relations contact. I believe that with Technical Know-how as our foundation, Enthusiasm as our fuel, Experience as our guide and Clarity of Objectives to meet our goals, the Laser Energetics Team will achieve World Class Success!
